When i play any game i get a random fps drop from 80fps to 10-15 for 3-5 sec and it happedns very often. When this happends my CPU goes from 50% 100% for those 3-5 sec.
My drivers are up to date.No viruses.Disk almost empty.
Please help
Spec:
AMD FX-4130

Might be bottlenecking...

Solution
Your CPU could be hitting the 100% usage wall, and could lag for a sec to catch up. I think it's safe to say that it might just be your CPU, as I have no more suggestions at this point. BTW, does it do this on certain maps, or all maps?

No CPU drivers come within the OS. I would suggest downloading nVidia Geforce Experience and letting it optimise your games, to the settings that will be optimal for performance, and looks. Either try that, or set all your settings to the lowest, and turn them up one by one to see what causes the stuttering feel.

I have nVidia Gefore Experience and its up to date.Games are optimised
Lowering settings makes no diffrence,i get 80+% fps drop for 3-5 sec.Usualy this happends during Team Fights in LoL or a huge BF3 battle.
I have tryed to reinstall windows and reinstall all drivers.Opend my pc cleaned it all,did everything that i could since i dont know a lot about this stuff.

If you want some help choosing parts, I can point you in the right direction, and it most likely wont cost you $400+ for a CPU and Mobo combo, more like $300-$350. $100 or less for a decent mobo and $200-$230 for a great gaming CPU. And there are also some less expensive alternatives that have less features, but wont hit that 100% usage wall.

You probably could just drop in a better cpu. A 6300 would be a very good upgrade. On top of that it is easily overclocked. This is dependent on if you have a decent cpu cooler and a good motherboard with 8+2 phase power. 6300 is around $105.
