Solution

If you are not overclocking the cpu, an aftermarket cpu cooler is not needed.
The cooler that comes with the chip is good enough.

Also 1000w power supply is overkill, all you need is a quality 750w unit.

If you don't want to overclock, then you don't need a z87 mobo.

Get the 4790 with a h87 mobo that has the features you want. You would also not need an aftermarket cpu cooler.

Ram you want 1600 dd3 with 9 9 9 24 timings or better (lower) - 11's @ 1600 is kinda shitty -.

Maybe with the money saved you can get a ssd or a better gpu.

Good luck!~

Thanks! But the aftermarket CPU cooler is dependant to the change of MOBO? I mean, if i leave the same MOBO and CPU, i can avoid to buy the aftermarket CPU cooler?
