Every game on my computer is lagging now

Recently my computer was running game perfectly.And then all of a sudden games started lagging.They lag on every 1-2 min and lags are about 10 seconds.I really dont know what to do i was thinking on reinstalling system

These are lag spikes so its normally caused by overheating,bottlenecks, or that game cant run on your pc.
What are your temps while gaming?
And specify ''all games''(whats games are you playing).
