Budget build review (My rig)

Hey guys just want your opinion on my rig (bare in mind im 16 money is tight)
so ill start from the ground up
Zalman Z9 plus case
corsair cx500m psu
500gb barracuda hdd
Asus A55BM-A (will upgrade)
AMD athlon x4 760k @4Ghz
4GB corsair RAM @1600mhz (will upgrade sometime next week to 16 gb)
coolermaster hyper tx3 EVO (upgrading in a couple weeks to corsair h80i)
Asus GTX 750 ti (in the post currently)
so what are you guys' opinion on my rig

i can get 16 gb just as cheap as 12 so ill go with the 16
isnt that cpu good ? even when overclocked in future im going to upgrade to an a10 7700k or what ever they are the kaveri model :)

thanks man im thinking of switching to intel if i am it wont be for a while didnt really do my research i guess
could you run me through how the intel proccesors model umbers work ?

Well there's the Celeron and Pentium processors which you don't need to consider as they are not good for gaming. There are then the i3s which are dual core with hyperthreading so they have 4 logical cores overall. The i5s are true quad cores ranging from the one I mentioned to the 4670K, the K meaning it is unlocked and can be overclocked. The i7 are the top tier with hyperthreading with 8 logical cores and 4 physical cores, they cost a lot and are generally overkill for gaming. To overclock a processor you will need the Z87/97 chipset, on the LGA1150 socket. I hope that explains :)

but that doesnt leave much for a new motherboard ? thanks for all the heklp man i think ill go with the i3 because reviews say their isnt much gaming difference :) thanks again man
