All the parts look like they should be compatible but I would have to say that there is no point having such a large PSU in your set up unless you are planning on getting another GTX 760 and SLI'ing it in the future. With what you have there you want a 500-550W PSU rather than 750 that you have currently.

I'd suggest SeaSonic S12G 550W 80+ Gold PSU ATX £70 @ Amazon Uk
Other than corsair AX series arent very reputable

They seem definitely compatible. Like sDGam said, the Corsair AX series aren't reputable at all.
