intel xeon 1230 v3 - http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00D697PEG/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

Motherboard
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DMLP928/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A29PHU0KPCGV8S

@@@@@I already have the following parts@@@@@

@Cooler
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

@Case
Rosewill BLACKHAWK MID

@Power supply
EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 750 B

@Ram
Kingston HyperX 16GB (4x4GB)-1600mhz

@GPU
Evga GTX 760 4 gb

@SSD:
128 GB Samsung 840 pro my boot drive with win 7 premium 64 bit and the game i play the most & 5 3.5 Hard Drives about 6.3 terabytes all added up all 7200 RPM except the 4 Terabyte its 5200 RPM sata 3

now i will not be overclocking
so i was going with the i7-4770 at first
but the xeon is the same just without a IGPU and 200 mhz less
for 50-60 $ cheaper
i do not need an IGPU
i have a dedicated GPU
and it is still a 4 core 8 threads an has hyper threading so a virtual 8 core i7 performance CPU for 250$ is good to me

now what i will be doing is
encoding videos
burning said videos
gaming mid to high settings
running a couple virtual machines with Linux cent or Ubuntu for my media servers

and watching Blu ray movies i do have a Blu ray drive forgot to mention that

also i will be live streaming to twitch via
Open Broadcaster Software

and its hooked up to my TV via HDMI
40 inch @ 1080 p 60 Hertz

now is this going to be a good build or not
i cannot change anything listed above
except
the
CPU COOLER
and Motherboard

i really want that CPU open to suggestions on the CPU tho

will this perform better then my AMD FX 8120 @ stock
i never overclock i will not take risk for more performance rather have a PC last longer just saying

and lastly will i be able to play these game @ least mid with some high settings do not need ultra i see no difference to high

Far cry 3
Crisis 3
Call of duty ghosts and Black ops 2
and world @ war
Guild wars 2
Rift
Elder scrolls online
World of Warcraft
Planet side 2
Battle Field 3 and 4
Assassins creed black flag
Dead Space

what kind avg fps will i see
@ mid to high
just a rough guess would be fine

and my AMD FX 8120 takes 1-2 hours encoding a 1080 P movie to 720 P but no noticeable difference to quality used handbrake and megui still 1-2 hours

So How long will the xeon 1230 v3 take
just a estimate is fine

and will it be much better then my AMD FX 8120?

Thanks in Advanced!

Solution
Use pcpartpicker next time to list your parts.
partpicker.com/parts/partlist/

2GB gtx 770 is fine. Unless the price difference between the 2GB and 4GB is low, get the 2GB model.
Stick with Xeon. The motherboard is ok to use.
With the xeon, the stock cooler is fine.
Perhaps running two 8GB ram stick would be better and cheaper than four 4GB sticks.
Power supply, stick with seasonic of XFX
