Hello guys so i am getting this new gaming PC and without knowing to much about the parts i want to be able to play all games on highest settings so here is the specs:
Antec Kuhler H20 650 water cooler (thinking about upgrading it to 950 one)
I7 4770K overclocked to 4.00Ghz
Seasonic 650RT 80 Gold
Asus Maximus VII Ranger (ROG Serie) motherboard
2 x Kingston 8GB DDR3-2400 HyperX Beast XMP
Asus GeForce GTX780 3GB OC DirectCU II
CoolerMaster HAF 912 Plus Black case
500 GB SSD Samsung 840 evo
1 TB Seagate Barracuda
So please let me know if this will work out as i planned (being able to play all games on ultra) and tell me what i need to change to make it happen - thanks in advance! :)

You can't play all games on ultra above 60 fps. Nobody can (without spending upwards of $2500)
BUT you should be able to play just about all games on ultra and never go below 30 or 40 fps which is extremely playable.
So short answer: Yes.

If you aren't going to overclock (and it sounds like you don't have a lot of tech knowledge from what you said) then you should just buy an i7 4790.
