I want to know the that whether i Can run Radeon R7 240 with a power supply of 250 watts?

I want to know the that whether i Can run R7 240 with a power supply of 250 watts? I know the official demand is 400 watts but I read some threads in tom's and understood that al graphic cards do not use all the power requirement mentioned
Please help me guys.I am very confused I might waste more money buying a psu!!!

The Radeon R7 240 draws less than 4 Amps from the +12V rail even when running Furmark stability testing. If your 250 Watt PSU has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 18 Amps* or greater it will work.

* based on a PC configured with an Intel Core i7 3.2GHz 130 Watt TDP processor. Your own system may draw more or less depending on its configuration.

What's the brand and model of that 250 Watt PSU?
