I have a custom built Dell Precision T7400 which came with a SAS 6/iR controller (back in 2008). I am looking to upgrade to an SSD because the rest of the system is still performing well enough. I have a 300GB 3Gbps 15k RPM Seagate HD.
My question is if there is an SSD available that will be faster than what I have that I can just "plug in".
