BIOS options on laptops and factory-built desktops are deliberately simplified and restricted by the manufacturer to stop the user screwing it up then expecting the warranty to cover it.

If you are sure there is no way to increase video memory in the BIOS, there is nothing you can do.
Memory apart, the Intel integrated graphics chip may not be powerful enough for BF4 anyway.

You need to go into your Bios. When you turn the computer on its usually F2 or Del

Once in the bios there you should be able to find an option to increase it.

IS THERE'S ANY WAY TO GET VIDEO OPTION IN MY BIOS?

The graphics card isn't good enough to play Battlefield 3, you will need to buy a better laptop to play it.
