Personally I would go with

CPU: Fx 6300
GPU: Gtx 760
PSU: corsair 600w bs
HDD: 1tb western digital
Case: zalman z11
Mobo: Asus evo r2
Ram: 8gb rip jaws
Cooler: hyper 212 evo- the stock coolers on amd are poor and noisy which is why I advice a 212 evo.

Here you go, this should leave you enough for an OS (might go a little of 700 Euros). If you want to overclock, you can add an EVO 212 from CoolerMaster for the CPU. If you do, you can get the R9 270 and overclock it to ~270X specs. With that low of a resolution you should be able to game on high-ultra settings with a 270/270X no problem.
