ROCCAT Siru - Cryptic Blue - KPC
Komplett OEM Chassis - https://www.komplett.no/komplett-oem-chassis/781710?CKS...
Corsair CX 500W PSU
Intel Core i3-4150
MSI B85M-E45, Socket-1150
Crucial DDR3 BallistiX Sport 1600MHz 4GB
MSI GeForce GTX 750Ti 2GB PhysX CUDA

I'm searching for parts for my friend and was just wondering how well this would perform.

What are you looking for performance wise? If you're going to be a massive gamer trying to get max settings @ 1080p, it won't perform well. If you're going to be doing a little gaming, surfing the net, basic computing, it'll be fine.

That seems like a decent build. You could replace the i3 for an i5, but, it will run most games on medium.

Low/Med settings at 1080p. It will be for gaming, but he doesnt have a huge budget.
