It turns out my two dongle I have here a belkin and some no name one are having trouble downloading stuff. Like steam refused to download anything until I moved it downstairs and tested it wired.
So I need a PCI E card for under 30$ I think its my dongles but I don't have any others ones to see if its the usb ( I dont think it my other devices work fine )
