Whats a good graphics card for 200$-100$

Anybody know of a good graphics card? Ive just built my first computer which is a gaming rig and I have around 200$ extra and I want to buy a graphics card so I can hook up around 3 monitors. Whats a good graphics card in the 200$-100$ range that will get the job done?

First, you need a new PSU to get any gaming card.
