Run on-board graphics and GPU simultaneously?

Hey guys,
So, this is my old PC so I was thinking of connecting my GPU and my on board graphics and run them simultaneously, I don't know whether it'll work.
Here are the specs:
Intel i3 2100@ 3.1 GHz
Mainboard: Intel DH61WW
GPU: HD 4350 GDDR2 1 GB.

If you guys need more info, let me know.

You can't run simultaneously. Its either one of them
