The lenovo k450e is a great choice. My friend has one for minecraft and can run it at 50-60fps online on maximum settings. It's $630 on lenovo.com.

So basically to simplify these specs I'll tell you
1 terabyte is a lot of storage. A lot.
8gb of ram will make the game run very fast.(allocate 4gb of ram to minecraft for good performance!)
Ok so the intel hd 4600 graphics is integrated but haswell(intel) graphics have come a long way.
