So I have an nvidia amd gpu and my computer isn't showing it as installed. Do I have to reinstall the drivers?
reset pc to factory settings and gpu switched back to factory gpu

NVidia doesn't make AMD GPUs ....
You eitehr have an nVidia or an AMD GPU .....

It's amd sorry. So my cpu came with the stock gpu built in. I installed the gpu 2 years ago and just wiped my pc today. Now my amd isn't showing as there.

So if I understand you correctly now you have an integrated graphics processor on your CPU, then added a discrete Graphic card from nVidia. My guess is you turned off the on board GFX when you installed the card and now need to turn it back on..... guessing as haven't done an AMD build in years and unfamiliar with current products and BIOSs
