Powerline Networking. Can it be used in conjunction with a standard Wi-Fi network?

The title is self-explanatory.

I want to know if I can use powerline networking on my PC only and have all other users just using the standard Wi-Fi from the router.

It might be a stupid question but I would just like a quick answer.

Yes. The router sees that as just another ethernet connection. The powerline in the middle makes no difference.
