Hey there,
I recently bought a new motherboard, everything was working fine for the first 20 min, then the screen shows no display. I thought it was the VGA not plugged well, so I shutdown my PC. When i restarted it, no beep, no display but the fans are working.
Then I tried unplugging VGA->Ram->HDD (also tested them on another motherboard and they are working fine)
So the problems is either the motherboard or CPU or PSU.
-I tried my CPU on my old motherboard, it worked. I also tried to another CPU on the new MB but still no beep. So I thought the problem is not on the CPU.

-My PC worked fine for the first 20min so i not sure if its the PSU.
-Tried resetting the CMOS
-Tried putting the MB on a wood support, but seem there's not short circuit.

The MB is brand new.

Specs :
CPU : Processeur AMD PHenom II X4 955 Black Edition - 3.2 GHz - Socket AM3
PSU : Alimentation ANTEC High Current Gamer Series - HCG 520W - 80+ Bronze
Memory : 2 x 4 Go DDR3 PC3-12800 1600 MHz
Video Card : MSI N630GT-MD4GD3 - GeForce GT 630 - 4096 Mo
Motherboard : ASUS-M5A97 R2.0 - Socket AM3+ - Chipset AMD 970

Looks like you're going to have to continue testing. You're right though, it sounds like it's either the mobo or psu. If it's a bad board you should be able to RMA it, same might be true of the PSU depending on how old it is.

You might want to RMA the motherboard anyway to rule out that particular board as the problem.
