Does anyone have any suggested tutorials for me to learn how to touch type and subsequently increase my WPM?

I am also currently looking into mechanical keyboards (Cherry MX brown) as one method of increasing my WPM too.
Thinking a Ducky Shine III with yellow backlighting to match my current build.

Try to google software like All Ten Fingers, there are many similar, this one should be free If I'm right.
It should teach you step by step how to write with all 10 fingers. It should increase your typing speed overtime when you learn it.
Right keyboard may help you, but more important is what you learn. As small advice, do not try to think about typing, your brain and hands knows better and do not try to force fast writting. Focus more on precision than on speed, meaning if you will be hitting right keys you will get faster over time. Instead if you will try to be too fast you will make too many errors and it will be contraproductive as fixing of errors in text takes lot of time.

For note I tried it and some other to learn writting...

For note I tried it and some other to learn writting with 10 fingers, but I dropped it. As I work with PC every day many hours I learned to type pretty fast without need to check keys and using only something about 6-8 fingers and reaching about 75-85 WPM on some of those online tests.
