i am trying to install a wireless network adaptor in my computer. My graphics card blocks two slots and my audio uses one so all thats left is one pcie x16 slot. I know that the adaptor( which is a pcie x1) will work in the x16 slot my question is if I use the second pcie slot will it hurt my GPU's performance? and how bad will it hurt it? i have a Asus/ Pegatron IPMTB-TK Intel x58 1336 mATX (trukee) motherboard. Cant seem to find a manual for the motherboard..... If it will hurt the GPU then i will just use an external adaptor. Thanks in advance!
