Hey all, first of all here are my specs.
Mobo:Ga-Z87X-UD3H
GPU:Radeon 7970 Ghz Edition
CPU: Intel i5 4670k
PSU:Antec HCG 750w
Memory:2x8gb G.Skill Ripjaw
So basically, my computer will run everything fine, games run pretty smoothly as usual, until I need to restart for a program installation or something of that sort. After restart, everything will lag to unplayability until I restart the computer a various amount of times, sometimes up to 15 times. After that everything will run again, and then repeat when I next need to restart, I've done some searching on the forum's apparently not too great at it. So any help would be appreciated, thanks.
