So ... This is my first time on this forum and I have a lot of questions but I'll start with this .
Soon I will be getting an i5 3570 to replace the i3 3210 . My other specs are :
4 GB RAM DDR3
ASRock H61M-DGS
NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 2 GB

My computer is pretty decent right about now but will it be a whole lot better if I will get an i5 3570 ? I mean it's Quad Core vs Dual Core , 3.4 GHz vs 3.2 GHz .
I don't want to overclock .

PS : Please don't recommend any expensive solutions as components are very expensive in my country.

What I don't understand, is why you can't put that money for your CPU, towards the GPU. If you have $200 to spend on a CPU (because if you were going to buy an i5, they cost about that much), then why can't you put that towards your GPU. Replacing the CPU will do so little compared to getting a better GPU. For $200, you could get an AMD 270x. If you don't want to buy that, then get the 270, or the 265, or at the very least, a 750 ti. Keep the i3, replace it later, and get a better GPU.

You will get less than 5 fps more with a new CPU. You can get 40fps more from a new GPU. do you see what I am saying? Getting a new CPU is not going to help you as much as getting...
You should look at increasing your RAM to 8GB or at least 6 (this wont help performance, but you may be low on RAM when using your PC. 6 would be fine if you can't get 8).

Upgrading your CPU won't help that much, but a new graphics card would help a lot. If you would like a recommendation that is cheap but good, look at an Nvidia 750ti. If you have the money for an i5 3570, then get an AMD 270x instead. I am assuming that they are the same price if not off by a little bit in your country (they are in mine and most others). The 270x will give you an amazing gaming experience. Then later, upgrade your CPU.

This is my opinion on your current specs. The I5 3570 is a 4 core cpu. 4 Cores are good for gaming but some games do take the advantage of using around 6-8 cores. So you can save some money if you go with the AMD FX 6300 which has 6 cores. For the RAM, I would reccomend around 6-8 GB. 4GB is okay, but the 6-8 GB will be much better and more efficient. For the motherboard I would recommend a ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0. This is around £70 and I do not know what your budget is. And because you are saving like £100 for the cpu you can improve your GPU (Graphics Card)

The i5 3570 will beat the heck out of the fx-6300 in terms of performance. In order to get the same performance from and AMD side, you would have to get an FX-8320 or 8350.

You can but a FX 6300 would be better than a i3, plus it is £1 cheaper :D
