so i need some help for overclocking my 3570k with an asrock extreme 4 z77, so far ive set it in the oc tweaker to 4.1ghz, but it goes from 1.6ghz when im idle/watching a movie to 2.5-4,1ghz when gaming? how can i do so its constantly 4.1ghz and at the same time have a safe voltage?
