How do I get into my BIOS?

I just realized I have 1600MHz DDR3 that I think is running at 1333MHz because I didn't change it but I can't get into my BIOS because my CPU boots too fast. I am pretty sure it's the 'Del' key that will get me in so do I just turn off my PC and when I turn it back on just spam the 'Del' key? And once I do get in I just change the clock speed to 1600MHz and the voltage to 1.5V correct?

Well your CPU doesn't boot too fast, the whole PC just boots quickly, to enter the bios it's usually: del, f1 or f2. just spam del if yo have to on post, it also depends on the motherboard. Different motherboards have different keys to enter the BIOS.
