at 1080p you should go close to an average 60fps with dips into the 40's you may have to lower aa settings

build looks good for price i would not look at that cpu cooler unless you want to do some serious overclocking. go for a bigger air cooler (you will still get a respectable overclock) and put your extra money towards a 760 gtx
