Graphics card size quesion

Hello there!

I have a MSI R9 280x and wondered if it would fit in this case: http://www.bol.com/nl/p/aerocool-vs-3-advance/9200000010606032/

he dimensions are 440mm (H) x 180mm (W) x 475mm (D)

It says that it can hold a videocards up to 400mm. My card is 269mm in lenght but it is pretty wide (130mm +-)

Do you think it'll fit in the case when I put the motherboard in?

The card is 130mm wide and the case is 180mm wide. that leaves 50mm for the motherboard right? Isn't that enough?

But what about the length? If the case says it can support up to 400mm, and the card is 440mm, it wouldn't fit I'd imagine.

Maybe i'm just mixing up how this works. The width of the card usually isn't a concern because most cards can fit inside of the case in regards to width.
