I need help planning a custom watercooling loop for my pc. I have a Zalman Z11 plus case and it kind of big however i wanted to put two radiators inside the build but I'm not sure about it space wise. I wanted a CPU and GPU loop however the space is the major problem. I'm not sure if I can put a 240 in the top and a 120 in the intake. I could really use the help and also any parts that you recommend. My CPU socket is 1155 and GPU is the EVGA GTX 770 SC ACX.

Budget ?
Any other less risky cooling methods ?

me personally ..

CPU = Swiftech H220 (close performance to a custom loop)
GPU = NZXT Cracken G10 With another Cpu cooler attached to that

have a 120 on the gpu and have that as a intake and then that will the MOBO and then finally go past your H220 cooling that , however only if you use what i would do

My Budget is around £300. I dislike the prebuilt closed looped as they are not as free in the sense of upgrades.

are you happy with the idea of continued maintenance of a custom loop ?
and when you say upgrades and your restricted with AiO's in what sense ? as in you dont havr total CONTROL?
aso consider is it worth a water cooling with a case that can only supports 2 rads ?

I don't like all in ones because i cant add my GPU to it and the fact that my case as you said can only support 2 radiators if i wanted to go sli i could not do it without having 2 G10's somewhere in the case.

I have an i7 4770k and gtx 770 SC using EK waterblocks and I am very pleased with them EK supremacy is one of the best and I have plexi versions which look very nice with colored coolant. A 120mm rad plus a 240mm rad will be sufficient with everything at stock speeds. I had the same set up for a while. I also do not suggest AIO, they are no fun!! If you can fits a 120 and 240 I highly suggest going that route! Nothing feels better than making a custom loop!

May I ask what rads are you looking at? The alphacool ones work very well..
Edit** Also the phobya DC12-400 pump works very well for the money

Hi ive been looking at the XSPC EX360 Slimline. I found out i could fit a 3 fan rad in the top. I also was gong to have a 120 version in the bottom intake fan space. also I have looked at that pump but im not sure if it will be enough power and i only have a XFX 550W Pro psu do you think it will be enough to power everything.

Honestly I would recommend nothing lower than a 700w... U always want extra just to be safe... And give you some wiggle room for possible future overclocks. And a Phobya DC12 400 is defiantly strong enough lol I have mine going through a total of 640 rad space and 2 waterblocks, but again if you have the money go for a D5 vario or something nice like that! I personally use the phobya in mine. And looking at performance charts if your fan speeds are between 800-1400rpm I HIGHlY recommend an alphacool rad... They come in 30mm thick, 45mm thick, 60mm thick, and the monsta 80mm they all perform exceptionally well. Especially at lower fan speeds!
Edit ** the 30mm and 45mm thick are best at low speeds. Not the 60 and 80. They are very good at higher speeds 2000rpm

Using the eXtreme Power Supply Calculator my total power consumption will be 403 watt and the recommended psu wattage is 453 watts. I still will probably upgrade my psu at Christmas but for the 4 months between then will my psu be enough.

Yeah it's enough. Just don't do any overclocking until u get a more reliable PSU. You usually want to go 50-100w more than the "recommended" just for future upgrades. Good luck!
