Should I exchange my liquid cooling? Would they take it?

I'm not certain that the Corsair H80i that I bought is working or not. While playing Payday 2 my CPU was at 95 degrees Celsius. Obviously, that means its not working properly, but I reapplied the thermal paste to get these results, I wonder if my Loop is a bad unit, is it? (Not to mention that it came this way, not working properly) Cpu: AMD Athlon X4 760K, MOBO GIGABYTE GA-F2A88X.

Solution
95 degrees Celsius is too high....but can you check the temp in the bios screen at the system boot?
just wait for the system reboot and hit the DELETE button to enter in the bios screen...there check the temps reading
let me know
is the temps still too high in the bios , you have a cooling problem

In the BIOS it says that my CPU is at 35 Degrees Celsius. This is just after using my PC for an extended period of time. In the software that I have (Speed Fan) it claims to have roughly 50 degrees Celsius on the desktop, with little load (this is the temp that It said using the stock cooler). Im not sure if Speed Fan is accurate, because my GPU'S temp corresponds with EVGA Precision X's reading of 105 :D. (yes I know thats WAY too hot) Also, another reason that I think that Speed Fan might be correct is because there was no hot air coming out of the back of the radiator, only cool air. And when I felt the liquid bearing tubes they were slightly warmer than the room temp.
