Does everything look good/compatible before I buy this? This is my first time actually building a desktop by myself, and with a budget of $1500, i want to make sure that it is all as close to perfect as I can get.

for gaming 16gb of RAM is stupid overkill, even 8gb is overkill.

With the prices of the AMD counterparts so low now, the 290 is a viable alternative to the 780 with it being nearly $150 cheaper and also performs better at higher resolutions.

Overall though your build is fine. You could cheap out on some parts to get maybe a 780ti, but you have a nice, well balanced $1500 build here that will last at 1080p for a long time.

Is the difference between a 780 and a 780ti large enough to the point where i should try to change everything in order to fit it inside of my build, or would you suggest just going with what i have?

Alright yeah I won't be doing anything above 1080p I don't think. If I stay using 1080p, how long should this build be able to run newly made games at ~60 frames? I know that is probably a difficult question to ask about games that haven't been made yet, but if you have any idea that would be helpful :p

Alright, thank you very much kind sir, I will purchase what I have and maybe upgrade the video card at some point down the road if i feel necessary!
