R9 280x TOXIC 60% Fan speed noise.

Good day guys, Im having this problem with my r9 280x TOXIC . . when the fan speed hit the 60% it makes some kind of weird noise is this normal on this card? or should i request for RMA? I hope SAPPHIRE representative would answer on this question as well. . Thanks in advance.

The sapphire cooler does go pretty crazy around 60% fanspeed, had a Vapor-X 7970Ghz ed. Same cooler, the TOXIC is just clocked higher (280X and 7970Ghz is the same just rebranded)

The cooler did also very spring in noise at 60% for me, think it's a normal thing for this cooler. If you're getting some very wierd noise, then you should try for RMA, it's hard to hear in your video ;/
