Well, the one you selected is a reference model, so that's actually far from the "best" one. I checked on Newegg, and trust me on this one, MSI GTX 780 Ti Gaming for ..... $600 after rebate with a free copy of Watch Dogs!

Thank you so much, just one quick question. I don't really know anything about what kind of power you need to run 4k, can this gpu run 4k at a decent fps?

It's the best single GPU for 4K gaming you can buy. Even so, a single GPU is going to need to adjust the game settings here and there. The review below includes individual gaming benchmarks so you can check out the FPS for games you are likely to play.
