Fans wont start when booting

I have a corsair vengeance C70 and it has 3 stock 120mm fans. I have an Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 board that the 3 fans plug into. When i boot up my computer the fans wont start and theres a terrible high pitched screeching coming from the computer. If i manually spin the fans they then will continue to run or if I unplug one then the others will start and plug the 3rd in and it will start. Any suggestions on how to fix this? If there's any questions about anything else that pertaining to it, please ask! I just want all my fans to start on boot!

I wonder if there is an issue with one of the fans. Try getting one or two of them to work on boot and see if you can find a fan or two that when connected causes issues with them not starting. I'm wondering what part in your computer is making that noise I'm hoping it is just a fan motor causing the noise. (I'd make notes on which combo's work/fail)
