Is this card any good for being used as dual monitor?

Is this card any good for running two monitors at the same time? One for playing online poker whilst the other one is being used for browsing and video streaming?

If it is not, could you please recommend to me a card that is within that price range (give or take £10-£15) from that website please.

I will be running FX 8320, Hyper Evo 12, 2x4GB DDR3 2133Mhz, Corsair MX600.

What if I were to use a hdmi splitter and have both monitor 1 and tv connected via the hdmi. The tv would be playing a movie whilst monitor 1 is being used for playing poker and monitor 2 (connected via dvi) is used for browsing?

Could this card handle that and would there be any disadvantage of me using a hdmi splitter? (would it make the performance worse)
