I was running my 3770k at 4.3 ghz on mt Ga-Z77n-wifi (mini-ITX). I was cooling it with an H60. It started to make alot of noise and get quite hot (40-50). So I brought it down to stock (3.5gHz), thinking that maybe it could be related to the ITX, something with the power delivery, and the power hungry CPU. After a few months I finally gave up on the CLLC and put an Intel stock cooler on it until I could get a new (proper) cooler. But I am easily pushing 50-60 at idle and i can hit 75 by opening too many web pages at once. If I render a 1080p image in Blender containing less than 5000 polygons it can go above 100, at which point I generally close everything to prevent explosions. My question is: is this normal? It would seem to me that if Intel ships a cooler with their CPUs(even high-end ones), then it should be able to keep it at safe temperatures. So do I have a defective CPU? Im I somehow failing at the simple task of installing a CPU cooler (pretty sure im not)? Should I try replacing the CPU cooler with cheese and vodka as thermal paste? Any help is appreciated, thanks

Note the 2958 faces, along with no fancy lighting/filters/anything. It took 35 seconds to reach that temperature.

CPU: 3770k
Motherboard: Ga-Z77n-Wifi
GPU: Gigabyte Windforce 760
Case: Bitfenix Prodigy w/ window (no side vents)
PSU: Corsair CX 430 (this may have something to do with it, but in theory it is enough(also it is only temporary))

Other possibly important things:
-I run 3 1080p monitors
-I run quite a few programs at once, but not so many as to overload my 8gb of RAM
-I am quite sure I have sufficient cooling, I have intakes on the front and top, as well exhaust at the back
