Nice and solid build. The only thing i would change is the CPU cooler. Change that to be quiet! Dark Pro 3 (for the dark colour-similar, performance to noctua nh-d14) unless you want a racecar running in your room (the CM v8 is really loud - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eqHzd___i5c )
Great build, but the V8 is a poor choice for the cpu cooler. It's expensive and does not perform that great. I would only buy it if you really, really like how it looks. I would change that for a Noctua NH-D15 as it's the newly upgraded version of the NH-D14. The NH-D15 is the best heatsink out there right now.
Don't worry about Watch Dogs right now. It's barely optimized and it's hard to max out even on NVIDIA gpus. Just wait for more patches to come and you should be able to play it on max.
