This is an adding to my already built pc. I already have ram and hard drive and case. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/YtTsmG/benchmarks/

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($189.99 @ Micro Center)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.98 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: MSI Z87-G43 Gaming ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($115.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 770 2GB Dual Superclocked ACX Video Card ($335.91 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($54.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $726.86
My 2 big questions is if it can stream the games listed above at 60ish plus and should I go to the fx 8350, but I only plan on streaming like 2-3 times a week.

An overclocked one would probably do better streaming. The thing is that the 8350 is just an overclocked 8320. If you consider getting an 8350, just consider getting an 8320, and put the money to a good aftermarket cooler and a good motherboard that can provide a good overclock.

I'm running my 8350 stock @4.0ghz no boost, and I can stream some games pretty well. The only limiting factor for me is my internet.
