Do you need an AMD? For 15K INR, this is a good build:

I'm sorry, your english is not good. Are we talking about money? This is by far the best deal for an Intel CPU on flipkart.

It is a very fast and has a lot of "speed," sure. Especially for 10K Indian dollars. It will beat anything from AMD for 99% of things you will do, including gaming.
