Onboard USB 3.0 header?

It simply means that your usb ports at the front of the case won't be 3.0. Only you can tell if this is a big deal to you or not (you'll still have the 2 USB 3.0 ports on the I/O panel in the back). For some, this is an extremely minor annoyance -- or less, my case doesn't have USB 3.0 headers either and have never had a situation where it mattered -- though I don't know your exact needs.
