I got a Toshiba Qosmio F60 laptop that keep showing up BSOD kernel data inpage error . I change a new HDD and the problem still exists. Is that cause by overheating.? Is over 100 degrees in idle and more on load.. I did clean the system and apply new thermal grease but still overheating. Fan is functioning.

try cooling it down as said ^, if that doesn't fix bsod you can try starting in safemode, doing a system restore and if you did recent driver/windows updates you can roll back those as well
