my cpu temperature reaches at 67.c

My cpu temperature reaches at 67.c while playing games and gpu temperature reaches at 86.c and at idle cpu is 40-45.c and gpu is 45-52.
I have not overclocked any components yet
my specs are
Gigabyte ga-78lmt-s2
Amd fx4300
Asus nvidia gt610 2gb silent
4gb ram
500 gb harddisk
And i am using 3-4 years old psu which is for Pentium 4

Turn up your cpu and gpu fans right now.

Clean the dust out of your pc - especially the cpu cooler and the graphics card.

Download and run HWInfo - Sensors.

I have on exhaust fan in case and my gpu has no fan it's silent

Well you can see your psu is not doing its job for a start. Get a new one. 300W should be OK. Try a Seasonic 360.

Then try again. Hopefully that's the only problem.

None of the voltages are what they should be eg the 12v voltage is at 7.58v. The worst it should be is 11.8 to 12.2 v.

Is there any risk if i run my pc and play games on it with this old weak psu can this psu damages my motherboard or it's components until i bought the new one

Maybe. But its more a matter of your pc not working right. For example - not reporting correct temperatures etc.

These reading that i have posted you before were taken from cpuid hw monitor i think that these reading were incorrect because bios is showing different reading ex
Vcore 1.320v
+12v 11.664v
+3.3v 3.217v
Fann rpm reading was same that was
Cpu temperature 45.c and rpm was 4141
I think that software reading was incorrect
What do u think please give any suggestion and please reply

12v reading is too low. Replace the psu.

Vcore is too high. Reduce it by .05V

What psu are you using?

With load the cpu will run to 4GHz and 1.4V - http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Bulldozer/AMD-FX-Series%20FX-4300.html - that's per spec.
