samsung evo ssd basic 250gb
Asrock z87 Extreme4 Mobo
Windows 8
Asus 12-D2HT bluray drive

Change you SSD to a Crucial M500, its much cheaper and you won't see a performance difference. For the GPU get a GTX 770 instead.

Looks good to me.

Bluray necessary? For the difference in price between a dvd and bluray could you get a decent cooler.

Would 750w supply be plenty for OC?

More than plenty. You only need 600W. You could get the HCG 620M
