Its strange but i think its cause this gpu never saw the map of watch dogs and ac4 i have drops even in skyrim so it isn't from my cpu i5 3350p and 8 ram 1600mhz i play it in gaming mode the gpu is oc edition any ideas?

Your CPU isn't an i7 either... you're probably being CPU limited in this case.

Watch Dogs requires a top tier i7 or FX 8 core for ultra settings, you have an i5.

Your CPU has little or no effect on FPS on different resolutions.

Well i get 60-80% usage so i gues im good if it was 100% then i need a new cpu but still i think the i5 should max out it or run it good on high

If you want a test, stand in one place, look at your FPS, then turn down settings and resolution, if your FPS rises then your CPU is fine, if it stays the same then you may have a bottleneck.

Only when recording, when monitoring FPS it has little or no hit.
