The specs i got

4770k CPU
Asus Maximus VI Formula
EVGA SuperClocked 770
G.SKILL Sniper Series 16GB DDR 2400
RM850 PSU
XSPC RayStorm CPU block
EK Geforce GTX 770 GPU block
1/2" Rigid acrylic tubing
2 Alphacool VPP655 pump
1 XSPC AX240 Dual 120mm
1 Alphacool NexXxoS ST30 Full Copper Slim Profile Dual 120mm Radiator

So originally. I had one pump running this route

LL

The temperature reading was kind of hot in my opinion... 3.9GHz i was running at mid 40s idle.. 80s on load... ( did not see hardly any changes in temp prior delidded and after delidded)

So I went ahead and purchased another pump thinking i was not gettin enough airflow.

SO now it looks like this

LL

NOTE: I've added some liquid ultra on the die and using AC5 between the block and cpu.

The temps are now sitting at mid 30s on idle running @4.4ghz 1.325 Vcore. load is sitting at around 80s

Is this somewhat normal temperature? from what i heard/read on various forms... people are getting in the 20s on idle with delidding and liquid ultra...

SOOOOO.... because i'm still not sat with this result..... i went ahead and bought bigger hoses (getting 1/2ID) Reason is, i'm currently using hard acrylic pipes, and i have some pretty sharp bent areas... i figured this maybe causing problems.

NOTE: don't get acrylic pipes....yes they look cool and all, but they are pain in the ass tryin to align right and bend....

SO now, with these new hoses.. i'm able to work around things more... I came up with this loop somehow thinking it would look somewhat neat, but i'm not sure if this is normal...so please advice me on this loop setup.

I haven't came across anyone having 2nd pump pulling water from CPU and dumping it into the top half of the water (so it would look like water coming down) I would still have about half tube of water available for the 1st pump to pull water from.... my question is, is this setup normal? would the water from number 2 pump dump faster enough to fill up the bottom so number 1 has water to pull from? I understand the order of the loop does not matter... i just want to double verify with the experts on here.

this is what my computer current looks like right now

WOW !!!! I just bought a kit Raystorm_AX240_Extreme_Universal_CPU_Water_Cooling_Kit_w_D5_Photon and I thank you for the
different design drawings !!! Kit wont be here for a few days, and Im nervous about how to test and stuff. Im going to just boil
distilled water and not bother paying for shipping on pre made coolant.
