Processor: AMD FX 8320

Motherboard: Gigabyte 990XA-UD3

Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 evo

GPU: Geforce GTX 760 OC 2 GB

Case: Corsair Carbide 400R

PSU: Corsair CS series 750W

HHD: Seagate Desktop SSHD 1TB.

RAM: G.SKILL F3-14900CL9D-8GBXL 8GB (2X4GB) DDR3

So, will all those parts work together well? Also, the PSU is semi modular. Are there going to be enough ports for all the parts?

Solution
i have quite alot of the same parts as you have in your spec, and i run all the latest games at 1080p on high/ultra setting getting around 50+ fps. so its quite a good system, i agree with dylzan tho, change that psu. i had a cx600 corsair psu and had alot of problems with it, so i opted for the XFX.

your system would prob be ok on a 500 or a 600watt psu. i got a 600watt corsair originally for mine, but when it failed i got a 850watt xfx with the intention of using sli in the future.

Alright. After some thought, i think i will probably purchase a XFX XTR Series P1-650B-BEFX 650W ATX12V.

It is fully modular. I have 2 questions though. Are there enough ports in this PSU in order to connect all the other parts? And the cables with which i will connect the PSU to the parts, will they come with the PSU or with the parts themselves?

yes that psu will have more than enough connections for everything you need and more, so you will be ok in the future if you ever decide to upgrade, what model gtx 760 are you getting?
all the cables/connections come with your psu, as you can see from the 4th picture in the link you sent me. the onlt cables you will need is the sata cables which link your cd to your mobo and your hd to your mobo.

no problems, you will have to let me know how your system performs when you get it up and running seen as we have the same cards and cpu's

One more thing. Since, i'm buying an aftermarket cooler, the thermo paste will be included in the package, correct? So, do i have to spread the thermo paste all over the CPU? Or all it needs is one drop?
