Rough guess would be hovering somewhere near 450 watts, maybe up to 500 if you are pushing your gear over stock. Unless you have some strange need for that much RAM it would make for a better machine if you get a 4670k or 4770k, you'd also use less power and make less heat.

Edit: Keep in mind that I am answering based on the DC output of the supply needed. Generally you don't want to go over 80% of your capacity for reliability and longevity so 500 watt DC output would be a 625 watt rated capacity. 500 watts of usage on the DC side in an 85% efficient supply would be pulling about 585 watts from the wall . . . It might actually be a little bit high of an estimate, but better to go slightly larger than be pushing your PSU too hard.
