I am planning to buy a gaming PC after this academic year.....But my budget is approx. 15000 INR. I already have a monitor, UPS, keyboard, mouse. Cabinet.

But I think my other parts are too old.
Intel Pentium CPU E5200 @ 2.50 Ghz
Intel DG31PR motherboard.
2 GB RAM

And I don't think I need to change my Disk drive and SMPS.

Please suggest some great low budget gaming parts for my new PC. Also please give opinion that should I change my motherboard. And I would be buying online from flipkart.com, snapdeal.com and amazon.in.
