Best gamming Itx pc build for $585 raw components

So i have been doing some rechearch for a friend who has been having laptop issues and i told him that they do have small itx cases for desktops and now i am trying to build him the best itx build for 585 for the components plus a h100i corsair cooler and a few other bells and wistles ( tim, fans, fan controller ) for a grand total of $750

Required specs
bitfenix mini-itx tower
any 1Tb 7200rpm HDD
amd x4 760k
any itx mobo with two dims that supports a later upgrade from 8gb of ram to 16gb
any 1 x 8gb DDr3 stick of ram
any preferably corsair partially modular psu that can take the load.
any gpu that fits into the budget after all other components ( perferably a gtx760 or nvidia card but amd is ok )

Sorry i dont think you understood by 585 usd that converts to 350 pounds
the pc you listed is over 900 usd.

You are far better off spending your full budget on the components listed, and forgoing things like a H100i (and fan controller). You'll end up with a far superior system, or a far cheaper one.

As it stands, you'll end up with something pretty weak as a gaming platform, and a GTX760 is likely to be out of the question

ok so I did some tweaking and got rid of the extras like the fan controller and cooler and got this build for just on my budget at 744 now http://amzn.com/w/3U5QG46YHK8SA now does anyone have a reccomended air cooler for $20 or 12 pounds yes i know very cheap. or should i just use the stock cooler

If you're tight on budget, then I suggest you swap for the R9 270 instead. It performs very similarly to the GTX 760 but doesn't have PhysX
