The sound on my videos aren't working, i am using a dell laptop help please?!

Well first make sure that in the Windows Media Player the sound is up, then make sure if your speaker sound is up (its on the taskbar, usually found on the bottom of your screen). Afterwards see if your sound driver is up-to-date.
