Your build will work as is.
But... I have some thoughts:

1. Today, I would build using a Z97 based motherboard. It should cost no more and it will give you upgrade options to broadwell or devil's canyon.
2. I expect within the week to see a i5-4690K at about the same price.
3. If you will overclock, buy a cooler. A $30 cm hyper212 or similar will do the job.
4. The ram is fine, but buy the low profile version.
5. PSU is excellent.
6. I will not build again without a SSD for the "C" drive. I suggest a Samsung evo 240gb ssd. Defer on the hard drive until you need the space; it is easy to add one later.

Am going to add a 60 GB SSD just for windows and my game will be on the 1TB I cant afford more now that's why am getting a low one so what are you suggesting about the i5? am going to get the K version just in case I wanted to OC but am not really planning to..

if I would get a Z97 which one should I get
1) ASUS Z97-A Motherboard
2)ASUS SABERTOOTH Z97 MARK 2 Motherboard
